Mary began working for St. Andrews November 1, 2014 and she is the Director of Children’s Ministry. Mary retired from AT&T in 2006. Since then she has held various part-time positions. She has done volunteer work at a women’s shelter, Meals on Wheels, and community work during her years at AT&T. and has been the Director of Kid’s Hope since 2011. She also has been a Kid’s Hope mentor to a young girl at Bryant Elementary since 2011.
Mary is single and has two girl dogs, Pinky and Sadie. Mary was a foster parent to Paisley Davis for 16 months and it was during that time the Mary and Paisley joined St. Andrews and became members in 2010. To Mary, children are God’s greatest gifts.
One of Mary’s favorite verses is Mark 10:14 -- "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these.”
