The Communications Team can help you promote your St. Andrew's event. All event promotion (including Sunday morning announcements) must have an Event Promotion Form completed one week before promotion will begin. For maximum exposure, plan to begin promoting events 5 to 6 weeks in advance. Allow at least one week from time of request to time promotion begins.

The tools the Communications Team can use to promote your event include:

• Web Banner - for events that need to reach the entire congregation and the local community.
• Newsletter Articles - for events that need to reach the entire congregation.
• Worship Announcement (Slides and Verbal) - for events that need to reach the worshiping community.
• Ministry Area Web Page - for events that need to reach a specific community within St. Andrew's

A St. Andrew's event is defined as an event sponsored by a ministry of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church to help fulfill its mission to offer the life-changing love of Christ and get LINK'd through worship, discipleship and mission.
